删除账号
此页适用于便便世界（Poop World），运营方为长沙武侍文化创意有限公司。
登录后，打开「你的 > 账号中心 > 删除账号」。如果已卸载应用或无法登录，也可通过下方邮箱申请，无需重新安装。
申请删除账号邮件标题写“便便世界账号删除”，填写用于登录的手机号或邮箱地址，并说明希望删除账号及关联数据。旧版本未绑定手机号或邮箱的账号，可提供研究员编号供定位；编号或邮件中的联系方式不能单独证明账号归属。人工申请须先通过原有的已验证联系渠道核实归属；旧账号的核实方式仍待落实。不要发送身份证、验证码、密码或健康记录。
发布准备稿：支持邮箱已完成一次双向收发核验；人工归属核实与处理流程仍待完成，此页尚未作为正式删除入口发布。
删除范围
当前 App 的采样记录只保存在本机，账号登录不代表已备份到云端。删除账号会删除在线身份、登录会话、关注、点赞、屏蔽、关联举报及服务器中实际与该账号关联的数据；如果曾向在线接口提交采样，这些在线采样及关联母舰展示、在线月归档也随账号删除。当前设备上的采样记录及作品不会随在线账号删除；本机记录可在「你的 > 数据与存储 > 清空本地记录」中清除；如需同时清除全部本机作品，可清除系统应用数据或删除应用。
删除后无法恢复原账号及关系。账号注销会清除与该账号登录方式关联的验证码请求记录。为防止反复注销绕过发码限制，以及避免从备份中重新开放已注销账号，保留必要的发码额度摘要和注销记录。安全日志、备份副本以及这些摘要和注销记录的保留期限与清理方式，仍需在正式上线前确定。退出登录不等于删除账号。
Delete your Poop World account
Poop World is operated by Changsha Wushi Cultural Creative Co., Ltd.
Sign in and open “You > Account Center > Delete account”. If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email support@poopworld.xyz with the subject “Poop World account deletion”. You do not need to reinstall the app.
Provide your sign-in phone number or email address and request deletion of your account and associated data. For an older account with no linked phone number or email, you may provide your researcher code to help locate it. A code or contact details stated in a message are not proof of ownership by themselves. Manual requests require verification through the account’s existing verified contact channel. Verification for older accounts is still to be established. Do not send identity documents, verification codes, passwords or health records.
Sample records in the current app are stored only on your device. Signing in does not back them up to the cloud. Account deletion removes your online identity, sessions, follows, likes, blocks, related reports and data actually associated with your account on the server. If you previously submitted samples through an online API, those online samples, associated mothership entries and online monthly archives are also deleted with the account. Local records and creations remain on your device. To clear local records, open You > Data & Storage > Clear local records. To clear all local creations as well, clear the app’s system storage or delete the app. Deleted accounts and relationships cannot be restored.
Account deletion clears verification-code request records associated with the account’s sign-in methods. Minimal sending-quota digests and deletion records are retained to prevent repeated account deletion from bypassing sending limits and to prevent deleted accounts from being reopened after a backup restore. Retention periods and cleanup procedures for these digests, deletion records, security logs and backup copies must be finalized before launch. Signing out is not account deletion.
Release preparation draft: one round of two-way support email delivery has been verified. Manual ownership verification and request processing still need to be completed. This page has not been published as a live deletion service.
